Welcome to the Concord High School Grad Night event page!
The Concord High School Grad Night event is entirely a parent and community supported event. We rely 100% on fundraising, incoming donations, and volunteers to create an incredible experience for our students.
This event provides the students with a safe and sober environment where they can enjoy an all inclusive party. For 8 hours, attendees will have access to unending food and soda, a dance floor, a spa for manicures, massages, hair braiding and henna tattoos, a kareoke stage, a casino with genuine gaming tables (but of course without the genuine gambling for money!), video games, photo booth, a bowling alley, live entertainment such as magicians and hypnotists, airbrush t-shirts artists, awesome prizes, as well as outdoor games of all kinds..... to name just some of the exciting plans!
Adults chaperone and secure the event, along with designing and building the room decorations, event place set-up and clean-up, fundraising, and finding prize donations from local businesses and organizations. It is a lot of work but a rewarding experience.
Whether you have a high school student now or just know one, the Grad Night team would love your help! Do you have an artistic ability? Are you handy with a hammer? Can you work from home? Have a space for us to do our decorating? Clever with a computer? Like to work in a casino? Can you donate prizes or gift cards? Everyone has a talent for something, even if it's cutting out dozens of paper stars or sweeping up after the party!
If you have any questions about the event or if you would be willing to volunteer in any way, use the "contact us" link above.
